MY DISSERTATION

 

 

════════ In a period with 1997 on 2000 theoretical and experimental researches of the turbulent flooded water stream works on washout of sandy ground in the terms of subbottom face at the submarine sands mining were conducted. On results the researches was written dissertation for the application of the Candidate of Technical Sciences degree Grounding rational parameters of the worker member of unit for the alluvial minerals submarine productionon speciality 05.05.06 √ Mining Machines■ (Scientific supervisor √ director of the mining machines department, Doctor of Technical Sciences degree, professor V.Franchuk. Dissertation was defend one▓s 29.11.2000 on meeting of the specialized scientific Advice of National Mining University (Ukraine, Dniepropetrovsk).

 

════════ The thesis is devoted to the question of development of methods for accounting rational parameters of the worker member of unit for ecologically sparing extraction of alluvial minerals. The perspectives of using the ground-extraction body with hydraulic loosener, allowing to take ground from under a bottom surface during submarine mining of alluvial minerals from depths up to 100m, are grounded.

The process of incoherent ground loosening by a water jet in constraint conditions under bottom surface and interaction of processes of ground loosening and pulp suction are investigated. As a result of theoretical and experimental researches, the analytical expressions for determining geometrical parameters of underbottom loosening zone and also the analytical expressions allowing to rationalize the process of ground extraction by the worker member with a jet transport pump are obtained.

The engineering technique for calculation of a worker member loosening system▓s parameters is developed. The loosening system of the new worker member is designed with use of the mentioned technique. The successful industrial tests of the worker member are conducted.
